Carrier Reference encourages our users to mediate and remedy any payment issues in a professional way. We recognize that our users may utilize our site as an outlet to discuss poor service, payment shortage and bad experiences, however, posting or removing reviews of a business should not be used as leverage to extort a payment or a refund from a business.
Please do not post promotional content on any Business Account Profile other than your own. Keep your reviews on the topic of your experience and relevant to our industry. Carrier Reference is not a forum to hash out political ideas that do not relate to the transportation industry, previous experiences as an employee of a company, or any social commentary or personal rants.
Do not use content from other sites or users, including and especially content that is copyrighted, trademarked or otherwise owned by another party without their permission.
